Please include the following when scheduling your consultation:

During your consultation you will get to pick out your fabric & embellishments, have your measurements taken and discuss design details.

You will need to leave your deposit for the custom piece. Every deposit amount is different, as every dress is different. The deposit can either be 50% of the total or 1/3 of the total price.

You are welcome to bring someone with you, we just ask that you let us know when scheduling.

The consultation fee is $50 per person.

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for those who are not in the NYC area or when schedules conflict.

You will need your phone and a measuring tape for your consultation call.

Though Gabriela Lunna is incredibly talented, we do like to give everyone a fair opportunity to make the decision to come in for an in person consult to have the best results. We are more than happy to do a consult via FaceTime, but we do take the risk of it not fitting perfectly. Lunna has an impeccable record with her fittings, but there are risks. 

We offer a payment plan with 3 installments. The first installment is due at the consultation appointment and is also considered as your deposit. The second payment is due at your fitting and the third payment is due the day of pick up.

We accept all major credit cards as well.

Using a measuring tape, measure your chest/bust, waist, hips and we will need your height.

In some cases, you will need to measure shoulder to shoulder and hip to ankle (or where you want the bottom of the custom piece to end).

Once we receive your order and payment, your order will go into production the next business day. All orders take 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us via email.

As soon as you know your event date, you should contact us to schedule your consultation.

The production process takes between 10-14 days, with the exception of rush orders, which need to be mentioned via email.

More detailed orders should be given 4 weeks notice.

Maternity consultations can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks prior to event date and no later than 3 weeks.

Prom consultations should be scheduled as soon as you know the prom date.

Please keep in mind, our Saturdays fill fast in months in advanced. Our latest appointment during the week is 5:15 pm.

Your first visit with Gabriela Lunna will be 6 months prior to your wedding date.

Of course you can bring people with you, please let us know during scheduling.

Bridal parties who are having custom dresses can have their first visit with the bride, but we will need to schedule your visit 4 weeks prior to the wedding date for production.
